If you want to choose the best diet for the planet go vegan.

Food causes 20-30% of global greenhouse gas emissions. Changes to your diet can have a radical impact on your climate impact.

A vegan diet which excludes all animal products saves over 1.5 tonnes CO2e per year.

There is no question that a plant based diet has the lowest climate impact.

If adopting a new diet wholesale is not for you, check out the many other food actions that you can take to cut your food related CO2e emissions.
